The weekly chart of TASI, Dubai Index may be forming a cup and handle pattern. However, as prices have not yet crossed the rim of the cup, it is still incomplete.
The Elliott wave counts shown on the chart below support the cup and handle breakout eventually. There is a bearish possibility shown in light green. But until proven otherwise, bullish count is my preferred count. The impulse wave (i) is what makes me prefer the bullish count.
